During Recovery Month in September, the 2024 Mosaic Group’s Beacon of Hope Awards will shine a bright light on outstanding Peer Recovery Coaches within healthcare facilities. An awards ceremony will be held to formally recognize this year’s honorees.

How to Nominate
- Click to Nominate: Nomination Form
- Deadline: August 16, 2024
- Eligibility: Nominees must be employed at a healthcare facility that is implementing or adapting the Reverse the Cycle program.
Rewards
Up to five honorees will be selected to receive a Beacon of Hope Award. As honorees, they will be celebrated in a special awards ceremony and receive:
- A personalized plaque
- Social media recognition
- Formal acknowledgment to hospital leadership
