Maryland Primary Care Program Project Management Office (MDPCP) and Mosaic Group proudly announce a significant milestone in SBIRT, with 1 million successful screenings for risky alcohol and substance use. This achievement spans 332 primary care practices in Maryland, seamlessly integrating SBIRT into patient care.

About Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP)
MDPCP, a pivotal part of Maryland’s Total Cost of Care All-Payer Model, focuses on improving patient care and reducing costs. Open to eligible primary care providers, MDPCP offers funding and support for enhanced preventive care and chronic disease management, reshaping healthcare in Maryland in collaboration with MDH and CMS since January 2020.
