Krystal is a public health professional with experience and a track record of successful contributions in program design, development, implementation and evaluation. She has experience working with government and community organizations to develop scalable, adaptable and impactful population health management solutions. She has also worked in the private sector to implement and maintain sustainable performance improvement strategies and regulatory compliance.

Krystal received her Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Health Promotion from the University of Delaware, and her Master of Public Health degree from Morgan State University.
